PURPOSES OF NON-MANDATORY DATA PROCESSING
Processing of Personal Data for Profiling Purposes
With your freely given and optional consent (pursuant to Article 6, paragraph 1, letter a) of the GDPR), which may be expressed by selecting the appropriate consent checkbox on our website, Fransped Italia Srl will process your personal data for profiling purposes.
This is in order to send you personalized promotional communications consistent with your profile, to perform statistical analyses and processing regarding your personal characteristics for “clustering” activities (i.e., creating “target groups” for internal analyses and monitoring market and consumer trends), and to develop new “user clusters” based on similar browsing habits and interests.
Failure to provide consent for profiling purposes will not affect your ability to browse the website or use its features, nor will it have any adverse consequences.
You may withdraw your consent for profiling at any time, freely and without charge, by contacting us through the “Contact” section.
Processing of Personal Data for Marketing Purposes
With your freely given and optional consent (pursuant to Article 6, paragraph 1, letter a) of the GDPR), we will process your personal data for marketing purposes, including direct sales, sending of advertising materials, market research, commercial communications, and customer satisfaction surveys.
We may send you information and offers related to Fransped Italia Srl products and services that we believe may interest you, using postal mail, email, SMS, fax, landline or mobile phone (with or without operator assistance), WhatsApp, or social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Twitter).
Granting consent for marketing purposes is entirely optional and voluntary. Failure to consent will not result in any negative consequences.
You may revoke your consent for marketing at any time, free of charge and without consequences, by following the instructions in the relevant section. You may also withdraw consent selectively by specifying which contact methods you no longer wish to receive communications through.
Please indicate whether you agree to the processing of your personal data for marketing purposes by selecting the appropriate consent checkbox.
Other Processing
In all other cases where you provide us with personal data by any means, such provision will always be voluntary. Your information will be processed to handle your request in accordance with Article 6, paragraph 1, letter b) (if your request relates to a potential or existing contract with us) or letter f) of the GDPR (for any other type of request). In such cases, your data may be shared with third parties solely to fulfil your request.
METHODS OF PROCESSING
Processing activities may include the collection, recording, organization, storage, retrieval, consultation, use, disclosure, or erasure of personal data.
Such processing will be carried out in compliance with the principles of lawfulness, fairness, transparency, data minimization, and accuracy set out in Article 5 of the GDPR.
Data may be processed via telephone, paper, electronic, and digital means.
Appropriate technical and organizational measures are implemented to ensure the security, integrity, and confidentiality of personal data, and to prevent unauthorized access, unlawful use, or disclosure, in accordance with Article 32 of the GDPR and under the supervision of authorized personnel pursuant to Article 29 of the GDPR and Article 2-quaterdecies of the Italian Privacy Code.
